Gordale Scar, Yorkshire Dales

Acrylic and mixed media on canvas

60 x 75cm framed

Just outside Malham in the Yorkshire Dales is this awe inspiring limestone gorge which has attracted many artists such as Turner to draw and paint it. My charcoal sketch is the basis of an abstract interpretation of the Scar.
